The routine works on fine, normal, thick, oily, and wavy hair. The only thing that changes is dosage. Fine hair uses less product, thick hair uses more. The free Shark Playbook™ included with every order has specific routines for each hair type.
Yes. Spray on damp hair and blow dry into shape (air drying is fine too but will take longer). Pump powder a few times, work it through with comb, brush, or fingers. Warm a small amount of clay between your palms and touch your hair where you want maximum hold. Three steps. Most users finish in under 5 minutes once they've done it a couple of times.
You can return any unopened, unused product within 14 days for a refund. We can't accept returns on opened cosmetic items for hygiene reasons, but if a product arrives damaged or you have any kind of concern, contact us at support@theneatshark.com and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
For most users, around 2-3 months at typical daily use. Individual products vary drastically depending on personal usage preferences. Mold (100g) lasts between 3-5 months on average while Surf (145ml) and Dust (12g) last about 1-3 months each.
Your current product probably works fine in normal conditions. The Shark Routine™ is built specifically for 45°C heat and 80% humidity. If your usual styling product holds up your entire day in Dubai summer, you don't need this. If it doesn't, the routine fixes that by layering three products: sea salt for the base, powder for volume, clay for hold. This combination is what makes your hair style last an entire day, even through sweat, heat and humidity.
Yes. All three products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, and approved by Dubai Municipality for safety. If you have a known specific sensitivity, check the full INCI list on each product page before ordering.
